The renaissance of a passion
Because of his vast experience in performing arts of all kind, Daniel is the cornerstone of the group. From a young age, he participates in many singing contests in the Quebec region. At 17 years old, he directs his first choir before being admitted as a tenor in the prestigious Troupe V'là l'Bon Vent. Within the Troupe, his voice matures and he learns to move and dance on stage. Daniel has also participated in many projects as a chorister, as well as two music videos with Céline Dion as well as a performance with the group Foreigner. As time passes, he has given hundreds of shows in Quebec and Ontario with the Troupe V'là l'Bon Vent. After an 18 year hiatus, while he discovers and perfections his abilities in visual arts, he makes his return to music producing a private concert. He then returns to his old passion as a chorister and set creator for the Troupe. During these recent years, he has participated in the assembly and staging of four concerts for a vocal ensemble presented at the Salle Albert Rousseau of Quebec and the Imperial Bell. Desiring to improve his vocal technique, Daniel pursued advanced training with Madame Cécile Bédard, classic vocal professor in Quebec. He then makes acquaintance with two of Madame Bédards students, Denis and Jacob. The classic and popular vocal trio Caléro now takes form.
